Jennifer Kerhin, MBA, CEM, CMP
Chief Executive Officer
Jennifer Kerhin, CEO of SB Expos & Events, has more than 20 years experience working with association tradeshows and business development functions. Jennifer has a certification of exhibition management (CEM), an MBA from the Johns Hopkins University and substantial executive-level association experience.
She founded SB Expos & Events to support the mission of associations by increasing their non-dues revenue through exhibits and sponsorships. Understanding that active involvement within associations is the key to success, Jennifer is a committed member and volunteer in IAEE. She has been a speaker at ASAE’s Annual Meeting and IAEE’s ExpoExpo! She also founded the IAEE DC Chapter Women Leadership bookclub.

Deanne Rockola Altman
Senior Sales Manager
Deanne is a Senior Sales Manager. She excels at creating prospectuses, developing sales strategies, and managing deadlines. Her comprehensive view of each convention helps her strategize to maximize exhibit hall traffic. When not at work or being a chauffeur to her busy girls, she loves Canada, nature, hiking, and spending time on the back porch drinking coffee with her husband.

Holliann is an Operations Coordinator at SB Expos & Events. With a background on the association side, she assisted in planning her former association’s annual conference which seamlessly transitioned into her current role assisting associations with exhibit hall management and logistics. As a natural people-person, she loves the world of events. On her off days, you can often find her reading on her front porch. She loves being outside & also enjoys music, trying out new restaurants, spending time with good company and most importantly loving on her dog, Bleu.

For the past 19 years, Colleen has successfully executed in-person and virtual conferences for numerous association clients. While Colleen has managed everything from site selection, budgets, logistics, speakers, exhibits, sponsorship, and registration, she specializes in event strategy and has launched new events, re-energized existing ones, and has grown established events throughout her career. She is always looking to help achieve clients' goals with every successful event. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, wineries, anything British, and cooking.

Kristen’s background is in the operations and event planning fields within the hotel industry for over 7 years where she thrived building relationships and collaborating with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and peers. She has experience managing programs as a meeting planner and hotel event manager coordinating logistics and maintaining point of contact on-site. Even after three Disney internships, Kristen still loves spending as much free time as she can exploring the theme parks around Orlando as an annual passholder. Each Saturday during football season Kristen proudly sports the crimson and cream to cheer on the Oklahoma Sooners!

Joe has over 20 years experience in the trade show/conference industry. The last 15 years have been working in event registration for events ranging from 500 – 30,000 attendees . He considers himself an extension of the association’s team and works to provide a seamless registration process from start to finish. In his free time, Joe enjoys spending time with his 4 kids, cheering on Philly sports teams, and has a passion for Disney.

Chiara is part of our Cadmium Implementation team. Her expertise in customer service comes from over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry followed by several years in event technology. After completing her Masters in Teaching from NDMU, Chiara taught in her local school system for several years before returning to her customer service roots. She has combined that passion for service with her knowledge of Cadmium event technology to work directly with our associations!

Ashley is a Senior registration coordinator at SB Expos and Events. She works with clients to build a working registration site, and coordinates a seamless process from start to finish. Even though ashley has just started working in the tradeshow industry, she has many years of experience in the wedding and festival industries. in her free time, she likes to hangout with her friends and family, watch football, and play with her two cats, Dexter and Diesel.

Maureen started in trade shows over 30 years ago working for Hannover Fairs USA, the US Subsidiary of Deutsche Messe AG, at the time she had no idea it would become her passion. She has extensive and unique experience in trade shows nationally and internationally, understanding them from the organizer, exhibitor and attendee viewpoint. This perspective aids her in well in understanding clients’ needs from all angles. She loves working with clients on developing the best sponsorship opportunities to enhance their exhibit. When not working she loves taking thousands of photos on her many travels, hiking, biking and enjoying life with her adult children and husband.

Kathy Hoshko is an Operations Manager at SB Expos & Events, with over 15 years of experience in the events industry specializing in exhibits & sponsorships. Before coming to SB, Kathy was a Project Manager with Cadmium on the Expo team, and is an expert in the Cadmium Expo platform. When not working at SB, Kathy enjoys volunteering at her church food pantry, working on Rebuilding Together projects, taking dance lessons with her husband and traveling whenever possible.

Gabriella is a Certified Meeting Professional with over 10 years of conference management experience, most notably with Marriott International working at large scale properties and as an event consultant with their corporate headquarters. She has managed all aspects of event and meeting planning, including logistics and speaker management. She is an expert in Social Tables, Cadmium, Teamwork, and the Microsoft Office Suite. When not working Gabriella loves exploring DC with her dog Fitz, going to the theater, and reading.

She graduated summa cum laude in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree from UNCG in event planning. When not at work, Jocelyn enjoys hiking with her dog and boyfriend, karaoke, and mystery books.

Katie Muniz is an event professional who has planned and managed events in the private sector, within the Florida state system, and in the municipal sector. She began her career as a conference coordinator at the Gaylord National Resort. Most recently, she managed the West Palm Beach GreenMarket, voted the USA Today Readers’ Choice #1 farmers market in the country. In her free time, you can find Katie crafting, hanging out with her cat, Percy, and usually visiting Disney World!

Dana Rugemer is an Operations Manager at SB Expos & Events. In this role, she manages exhibits and sponsorships, including symposia and exhibitor education, for a variety of association clients. Dana participates on the Marketing Team creating and editing content for the company website. Her background includes exhibit and sponsorship sales as well as event planning. She enjoys renovating her house and crafting wooden flower décor.
