Strategy and Development

  • Develop an innovative strategy for exhibit and sponsorship sales.
  • Create a floor plan to optimize available space, reflect the event’s concept, and accomplish the association’s mission.
  • Produce a prospectus that generates excitement about the event.
  • Create a budget to track revenue and expenses.
  • Create and track event milestones.

Exhibit Sales

  • Targeted outreach via email and phone.
  • Contact previous exhibitors and sponsors and research and prospect new clients.
  • Send monthly eblasts sent to all prospects highlighting meeting opportunities.
  • Maintain dialogue with industry experts to demonstrate involvement with the meeting and its participants.
  • Track potential sales and activities in Salesforce CRM software.

Exhibit Management

  • Build and manage online the floor plan and financials with CadmiumCD Expo Pro technology.
  • Send booth assignment confirmation, invoices, and communication with event details to all exhibitors and sponsors.
  • Complete weekly financial reporting and check batching.
  • Develop Exhibitor Service kit in conjunction with official service contractor.
  • Work with association staff to facilitate:
    • Program Guide
    • AV, electricity, catering, and internet orders in the Exhibit Hall
    • Create welcome letter with guide, roster, and rules & regulations
    • Send post-event survey
    • Establish priority point system for onsite signups for the following year’s Exhibit Hall.
