Abstract Scorecard

Configuration

 

Build the Eventscribe Abstract Scorecard, including: 

  • Custom submission forms based on event-specific requirements. 
  • Scoring rubrics and reviewer criteria provided by the client. 
  • Reviewer assignments and configuration requires add-on.
  • Set up Scorecard email templates (max: 10 templates). 
  • Custom branding and client-specific language where applicable. 
  • This does not include any financial setup. 

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct end-to-end testing of the submission and scoring process. 
  • Review and validate form fields, scoring calculations, and data capture. 
  • Adjust configurations based on client feedback prior to launch. 

Training

  • Provide client staff with one (1) hour Zoom training on using the scorecard, including managing submissions, reviewer assignments, and reporting.  
  • Zoom meeting will be recorded and sent to the client. 

Launch & Support

  • Oversee the launch of the abstract scorecard, including final testing and live site verification. 
  • Provide real-time support for the first week post-launch to address any issues.

Financial Set-Up              

We can configure the scorecard to collect a fee upon abstract submission. For example, some clients have charged $25 per abstract submission. 

Reviewer Assignment    

We will download review scores and put these scores into a sortable Excel chart for the committee to review / trim down selections. Once all selections have been made, SB will then enter proposal acceptance status and assigned date/time for all accepted proposals / abstracts in the Education Harvester. (Up to 500 acceptances).

    Assign abstracts to reviewers using reviewer criteria provided by the client – Filter by topic, track, expertise, etc. 

  • Scoring Weight Configuration  Set up custom scoring rubrics provided by the client 

Day-Of-Closing Support  

Provide virtual support through email for submitters on the last day of submissions. On the final submission day, we will answer questions, either technical or FAQ, supplied by the client.  

    • Half day   1 – 5 pm ET       
    • Full day   9 am – 5 pm ET 
    • Evening  5 pm – 12 am ET

Custom Worksheets   Two (2) custom worksheets using the existing fields that can be configured with the Cadmium report builder.
