SB’s Expo Operations team includes five Certified Exhibit Managers (CEMs) who work closely with key vendors to manage exhibitor services and track essential timelines and milestones. We provide expert oversight of your exhibit hall and sponsorship deliverables from the start of our partnership to the end of your event.
Your Expo Operations Manager will work closely with your staff and official service contractor to facilitate a seamless, worry-free experience for exhibitors and sponsors—and you!

Your SB Expo Operations team will:
- Build and manage the online floorplan with Cadmium Expo technology
- Send booth assignment confirmations
- Communicate all event details to exhibitors and sponsors
- Send invoices, collect payments and reconcile all financials
- Develop an Exhibitor Service kit in conjunction with an official service contractor
- Fulfill all sponsorship deliverables
