Our team will ensure expert oversight of all exhibit hall management and sponsorship deliverables from the earliest phases of our partnership to the moment your event wraps.

SB’s Expo Operations team has 5 CEMs (certified exhibits managers) that are actively involved in the planning and management with key service vendors for exhibitor services and ensure key timelines and milestones are met.

Your assigned Expo Operations Manager will work closely with your staff and official service contractor to facilitate a seamless, worry-free experience for your exhibitors & sponsors-and you!

Your SB Expo Operations team will:

  • Build and manage the online floorplan with Cadmium Expo technology
  • Send booth assignment confirmations 
  • Communicate all event details to exhibitors and sponsors
  • Send invoices, collect payments  and reconcile all financials
  • Develop an Exhibitor Service kit in conjunction with an official service contractor
  • Fulfill all sponsorship deliverables
  • Manage the onsite exhibit hall and sponsorships
