Onsite Support for your Event Tech, Exhibit Sales Tech, and Speaker Ready Rooms
All onsite support services include two (2) 1-hour meetings with the client to understand workflow and meet onsite staff.
Event Tech Onsite Support
Support Desk for Attendees to answer questions and troubleshoot issues in mobile app, education harvester, website, and survey magnet.
- App: Create and send out push notifications.
- App & Website: Add/edit additional tiles onsite as needed.
- Ed Harvester: Manage education harvester updates for last-minute speaker/session changes.
- Survey Magnet: Sync any onsite changes for survey magnet.
Exhibit Sales Technology Onsite Support
Serves as technology support for client’s onsite sales team with Cadmium Expo Harvester.
- Provide technical assistance related to the Cadmium Expo Harvester platform during onsite exhibitor sales.
- Troubleshoot system issues, data entry problems, or workflow questions for the sales team.
- Ensure smooth use of booth sales tools, assignments, and tracking features.
- Assist with navigation, configuration, and usage of sales-related functions in Expo Harvester.
- Support tasks like assigning booths, resizing booths, changing rate plans, updating availability, and syncing exhibitor data.
- No direct involvement in exhibitor sales or outreach.
Speaker Ready Room Onsite Support
Serve as the main contact for all speakers, poster presenters, and moderators onsite in the speaker ready room. - Ensure presenters show up to their sessions and call any who are missing.
- Manage presentation changes on the platform, including slide uploads provided by the association.
- Ensure handouts/supporting materials are available for attendees in the app and website.
- Work with A/V to ensure handouts/supporting materials are available for presenters in session rooms.
Note: Cadmium Speaker Ready Room/Hermes Installation and management support is not provided.
Note:
SB covers all travel costs for continental US locations with a maximum 10-hour day. A complimentary hotel room is required for the duration of the event.
Travel days are 1/2 the cost of an onsite day. Additional fees apply to federal holidays and holiday weekends, a 10-hour day with less than four (4) weeks notice, and days that are longer than 10 hours.
