This service provides a strategic audit of your selected Cadmium module(s) to evaluate current configurations and identify opportunities for optimization. The goal is to provide clear, actionable recommendations aligned with convention/tradeshow management best practices and your specific events.  

Included Services: 

• Kickoff Call 
  1.5 hour meeting with your staff and our Project Manager to review your current setup, goals, and priorities. 
• Written Audit Report 
  A comprehensive document that includes: 

• • Detailed review of the selected Cadmium module. 
  • Assessment of configuration settings, workflows, and content structure. 
  • Identification of inefficiencies, inconsistencies, or potential risks. 
  • Tailored best practice recommendations.
  • Suggestions for streamlining processes and improving overall efficiency. 
• Review Call 
  One (1)-hour follow-up meeting with a Project Manager to walk through the audit findings and answer questions.

Exclusions: This scope does not include hands-on configuration changes, system updates, or end-user training. These services may be quoted separately upon request.
