Registration Badging Support
Three Levels of Support
Whether you need a trained EdgeReg software expert, an onsite registration expert to manage all aspects of self-check-in badging—or both!—SB has you covered.
EdgeReg Expert
A trained EdgeReg software expert will assist onsite at the registration desk (i.e., help with customer service, add-ons, new registrations, changes, badge printing, payment processing, etc.).
- Includes two (2) hours of onboarding, consultation, implementation, and wrap up calls.
Self Check-In & Badging
(Cadmium Check-In & Badging only)
A trained EdgeReg software AND registration expert will manage all aspects of the self check-in badging process. This expert will provide:
- Hardware order consultation: Based on registration needs, work with the client to decide on what printing hardware is needed. Coordinate the hardware order. Manage inbound and outbound shipments.
- Onsite: Set up all printer hardware for check-in badging and ensure all badges are correctly printed. Support/troubleshooting onsite. Train registration staff on badge printing.
- Three (3) hours of onboarding, consultation, implementation, and wrap-up calls.
Onsite Registration Manager
A trained EdgeReg software expert AND registration expert will own all aspects of the onsite registration and badging process. This expert will provide:
- All services falling under the EdgeReg Check-In & Badging Expert and EdgeReg Expert roles.
- Onsite Registration Layout: Works with client to prepare list of onsite needs for: desk layout, counter headers, furnishings, internet, AV, and staffing suggestions.
- Onsite: Manages ALL registration staff onsite and overall onsite registration area operations.
- Four (4) hours of onboarding, consultation, implementation, and wrap-up calls.
