Clean Currents 2026 Lead Retrieval Information

Lead Retrieval Is Now Available!
Access the Clean Currents 2026 Exhibitor/Sponsor Portal to get started. From there you can follow the instructions below to create a login for the Lead Capture portal to complete purchases, customization and administer using the Lead Capture activation codes.
- Log in to the Clean Currents 2026 Exhibitor/Sponsor Portal using your credentials. First-time users: enter the admin email on file, verify via the link sent to your inbox, then create a password.
- Click the task “Access Lead Capture Portal – Managing & Purchasing.” You will be taken to your Lead Retrieval dashboard.
- In the dashboard, navigate to the Licenses tab and click Purchase License.
- Indicate the number of licenses you need. Remember: each individual scanning leads must have their own license — licenses cannot be shared.
- Click Proceed to Checkout and follow the payment prompts to complete your order.
Your next steps are below. Complete your setup before the event so your team is ready to scan on day one.
- Share the Activation Code with each assigned team member. Use the Staff Activation Email Template to make this easy.
- Customize your setup — add qualifying questions and custom tags to organize your leads. Optional Ratings and Notes are available with no additional setup.
- Your team members download the EventScribe Lead Capture app (see links below), log in with their Registrant Email and ID, and enter their Activation Code. They are now ready to scan!

Lead Capture App Information
Onsite lead collection will be completed using the EventScribe Lead Capture Mobile App.
Activation codes required for the app will be available inside the Lead Capture Portal after licenses are purchased.
Note: This is a separate app from the attendee app.
